[yul-naco] upcoming OCLC practice sessions

A reminder that tomorrow afternoon is the 2nd voluntary OCLC NACO 
practice session at the SCML (3rd floor, Mudd Library):
Thu. Oct 26 2-4pm

I've also added a 3rd practice session for next Tuesday morning (same place):
Tue. Oct 31 10am-12pm
