 Subject: LC/NACO input/update turned off temporarily

We apologize but we have decided to turn off LC/NACO input/update
temporarily until the problem with duplicate IDs has been resolved.  Not
all institutions received notification in time to refrain from input.   We
will notify you ASAP when input is available again.
