[yul-naco] RLIN21 NACO accounts going away

Hello All.

Now that we've all had training in the Connexion Client for NACO
direct data input, I have been asked to delete most of the RLG NACO
accounts. I wanted to send a note of reassurance, and a reminder
before I actually hit the send button to RLG.

The following accounts will remain ACTIVE:
Near East Asian NACO
Hebraica NACO
East Asian NACO
One maintenance account
Theses accounts will remain active until all non-Roman cataloging
activities completely migrate to OCLC. The non-Roman script folks
will continue to be able to create NACO records directly in RLIN, as
well as do any clean-up.

I will send the request to delete all other RLG RLIN NACO accounts
later today. It might take RLG a day, or two, to delete all of these
accounts. As of today, we will definitely need to be using OCLC
Connexion for all our NACO work (except Near East, Hebraica, East Asia).

Reassurance and Reminder: We can still search the authority file
through our regular RLIN 21 search/export accounts. We just won't be
able to do any maintenance on those authority records; nor will we be
able to add new records using the search/export accounts.

Please feel free to direct any NACO processing or policy questions to
Manon or Joan.
Please feel free to direct any technical questions to me.
