[yul-naco] RLIN Auth Searching

Hello All.

I just wanted to reconfirm that we can still search the Union Catalog 
and the NACO file from our team non-NACO accounts. So now, instead of 
using "SML NACO SEE", I need to use the account "SML CAT SEE". Many 
of us were using our NACO accounts exclusively, for everything. 
Please feel welcome to contact me if you've mislaid, or forgotten 
your other password. I totally understand your frustration, and will 
do whatever I can to alleviate it.
