[yul-naco] FW: RDA NACO updates to Aug. 20, 2012

I believe the big news is that our workflow will need to change regarding records with a 667 indicating that the heading requires review. NCC is working on a short instruction checklist for NACO catalogers to apply when the situation occurs. Stay tuned!

Catalogers trained in RDA during the June/July period may see some differences from the original NACO instructions, such as original language text and translation language text in one bilingual edition. Check w/NCC member if there are questions on specific rules (some of these have come up in the review sessions).

dated August 20, 2012, gives the changes in RDA training since the March 2012 course, and corrections to the training materials.
