[yul-naco] FW: [Desktop] Updates to RDA and LC-PCC PS available on Cataloger's Desktop

Noteworthy update to the RDA Toolkit-- the first reworded chapters of RDA: 6, 9, 10, 11.
I haven't had time to identify noteworthy changes in LC PCC PS or JSC approved changes in RDA.  I suspect the LC PCC PS's are not entirely coordinated with the JSC changes to RDA. 
The information about the RDA release is short & worth a scan.
