I have added a link from the Cataloging Tools page to the Bibco webinars. It is item 18 (PCC BIBCO Bridge Training) in the RDA section:
http://www.library.yale.edu/cataloging/toolscataids.htm
The links on the Bridge Training page compile recordings of the webinars given in Dec 2012, Jan 2013, Feb 2013, Mar 2013 (our webinars were in March), and May 2013. There are separate pages for the 4 modules that were covered in the webinars, though as you probably recall, the modules didn't always stay on point. The attachments are listed in the box on the right of each page; scroll up or down to the one that interests you. The Q&A's are in Word. They are long and detailed and I recommend saving to your workstation before reading. You will probably find it interesting to see the questions & answers that were raised in the earlier webinars. In some cases, I believe the trainer answers were also kicked up to the LC Policy people and their comments were added to the Word docs after the webinars.
I have a work in progress you should take a look at. In the RDA Toolkit, under the Tools tab, you will find a Workflows section, with a Local Workflows subsection. Local Workflows currently has one document. It's based on the LC Simple Book Workflow (MARC). The LC document wasn't up to date (the instructions were still using 260 policies rather than 264 so I suspect it was last edited in late 2011). I have deleted the LC specific workflows, added ours, updated where necessary, and supplied additional commentary & information. The CCC decisions have been incorporated into the document, and I am in the process of adding information from the Bibco webinars (including a checklist for cataloging dissertations at standard level). The original LC text uses the Arial font. The YUL additions are in Times New Roman, generally in italics. Both the LC and YUL text examples use the Courier font. I initially tried to create a local workflow in Word in SharePoint. However, taking a workflow out of the RDA Toolkit caused editing problems: Workflows are usually heavily linked, but the linking needs a great deal of editing outside of the Toolkit, so the best use of documents like these should take advantage of the linking capabilities of the Toolkit software, which work best as part of the Toolkit. Within the workflow document, there are links to the specific RDA rules, to specific AACR2 rules, to specific RDA definitions, to the LC PCC Policy Statements (also for specific PS's), to the British Library Name Authority Guidelines located in Global Workflows, and to MARC documentation, to sources external to the Toolkit (e.g. on the PCC or LC training sites, to OCLC documentation, or to YUL documents, as well as internal links within the document itself. Although most of the editing software is not so good, the linking part is excellent. The instructions in the Local Workflow are in MARC rather than RDA order for transitional purposes; use the copious links to RDA to familiarize yourself with navigating RDA itself. The document will serve as a wiki approximation since it will be much easier to keep up to date because it is exclusively online & fortunately or unfortunately only the originator of the document can update it. It is also possible to copy the workflow into your MyWorkflows and edit it to your needs (you need to create a profile before doing so). I am expecting official guidelines on relationship designators, recording expressions, and new PCC PS updates sometime this summer, as well as a number of RDA revisions that were passed in Nov. 2012, so expect the document to be continuously updated; hopefully it will function as a clearing house as we are bombarded with changing RDA guidelines as the year progresses.
Suggestions welcomed for the workflows document, but a couple of things to keep in mind: highlighting is possible, but very difficult to undo. Changes in font-size sometimes work and sometimes don't. If they don't, the editing is done in the html-like version with none of the support features of a browser editor like Dreamweaver. Text colors are not selected by the editor as far as I can tell but are generated by the program based on function.
