[Yale ArchivesSpace] can't save a link to an existing subject

Colleagues,

I am trying to link 2 additional subjects to a resource record. I click: Add new subject. The subject I want to link to comes up in the type ahead search results. I select it. When I click save, however the link won't stick. Any ideas? -- Mary
