Hello,

A rebuilt index is now in place on production ArchivesSpace. A few validation steps were taken to confirm the index/data is correct. Please feel free to use AS in production. Please send any problem reports to libraryit.entsys at yale.edu<mailto:libraryit.entsys at yale.edu>

Thank you for your patience this past week while a plan was developed to correct data and rebuild an index.

Hello,

We are planning to restore the index on production AS at noon today. This means that AS will need to be brought offline. Please save any work in prod AS before the noon hour.  We will send an email when the AS service has been restored. We estimate 45 minutes for this process.
