[Yale ArchivesSpace] Visit from Atlas representative Tuesday 2/9 11 a.m.

Dear Colleagues,

Genie Powell, Chief Customer Officer from Atlas Systems, will be visiting Yale on Tuesday, February 9.  Atlas Systems is the vendor responsible for Aeon, the Request Management System currently used by YUL Special Collections for patron registration.  Beinecke, Lewis Walpole, Manuscripts & Archives, and Medical Historical also use Aeon for request management.

Genie has offered to meet with Special Collections Staff at 11 a.m. in Bass L01 for an informal discussion regarding future enhancements.  We have asked her to speak to Atlas's plans for ArchivesSpace/Aeon integration, but she is happy to answer other questions as well.  This will also be an opportunity to learn about Aeon's implementation at Yale.  Individuals new to Aeon as well as more experienced users are welcome to attend.
