Hello,

A reminder that the last step of the project to load Fortunoff Testimony metadata into ArchivesSpace is scheduled for this weekend, Friday June 16.

Friday evening, approximately 9pm our hosted production instance of ArchivesSpace will be offline for an hour, so that Fortunoff data can be imported into production.

The application will be online again immediately following. Re-indexing will take place throughout the weekend, but staff are free to use the system as needed.

I’ll send an update email over the weekend, just as an FYI.
