[Yale ArchivesSpace] Production ASpace unavailable to staff Memorial Day weekend

Hello,



Preservica will be doing some data synchronization work with Production ArchivesSpace this holiday weekend Fri 5/26-Mon 5/29. As a precaution, they have asked that the staff access to the ArchivesSpace database and index be temporarily disabled.



At 7pm Friday May 26, staff will not be able to use the staff interface to ArchivesSpace, however the database and index will remain up for the synchronization, and other read-only services running against production.



Staff access will be restored late in the evening of Monday May 29. Again, this is a precaution to reduce the risk of any accidental data changes during the Preservica synchronization.



YAMS will send out an all clear message at the end of the weekend.
