[Yale ArchivesSpace] Archives at Yale Refresher Trainings

Dear Colleagues,

We hope that you have been adjusting to and enjoying the experience of Archives at Yale over the fall semester. As we prepare to retire the Yale Finding Aid Database on January 7, 2019 and moving to Archives at Yale solo, YAMS is hosting two refresher training sessions to make sure you're ready to go in the spring semester with assisting researchers and finding the collections that you need. These refreshers will be held on January 9, 2019 from 1pm to 2pm and January 10 from 12pm to 1pm. Both sessions will be held in Bass L06-A. For those who cannot make it in person, the sessions will be also be accessible through Zoom and will be recorded as well.

We welcome any and all questions or topics that you would like to see specifically addressed in the sessions! If there's something that has been particularly tricky or unclear to you, you can email me (off-list) in advance at christy.tomecek at yale.edu<mailto:christy.tomecek at yale.edu>. Of course you can ask during the training sessions as well.
