[Yale ArchivesSpace] Off-Cycle Restart of PROD ArchivesSpace

Hi All,

Due to a bug in the LCNAF plugin PROD ArchivesSpace needs to be restarted outside of the usual maintenance window.

Since it's an unplanned event we do not have a definite window yet, but will ask the vendor to perform the restart overnight tonight (outside of normal working hours).

Are there any objections to this restart moving forward?
