[Yulcat-l] Problem with RLIN21 authority file searching

Those of you who search the RLIN21 authority files should be aware of the 
following glitch:

Authority records that have been recently deleted in the national authority 
file are still being indexed in RLIN21. For example, if I do a Heading 
Phrase search on "Rubin, Michael" I get a list of headings including one 
for "Rubin, Michael, 1970-"

But if I look at the individual record, it has a "DELETED RECORD" label at 
the top. It is easy to miss the label (and it doen't show in the heading 
results list at all). If you find a record labelled as deleted, you should 
not use the heading!

The problem has been reported to RLG.
