Hello there,
I found this via the OCLC-CAT listserv this morning. Sorry if this has
made the rounds already, or if this already widely known, but sometimes
Institution Records (IRs) can be fuller than master records on OCLC, so I
thought this document could be handy to have around. Most of the doucument
is for OCLC enhance-status libraries, but nonetheless it provides a good
background to IRs. For our purposes, you can just export them as you would
a master record (go the record and hit F5). Instructions for searching and
viewing IRs are on pages 7 through 10. I'll keep a copy of this in the
"reading area" by the CMS main entrance.
