Our plans at Ex Libris for Unified Resource Management (URM) focus extensively on workflows for streamlining and improving selection and acquisition services for the next-generation library environment. The speakers will address opportunities for simplifying selection and acquisition processes, and providing better services to staff, by sharing information between vendors and the next-gen ILS system. The goal is an overall realignment of processes and systems to address e-resources more fully.
