[Yulcat-l] Invitation to Co-Working Session and Request for Input on moving Metadata Documentation to Confluence

Dear colleagues,

As you know, the Confluence Oversight Task Force has been analyzing metadata documentation in advance of migrating from Drupal and other platforms to Confluence.  We have already established the main categories, thanks to your input and advice.

We have set up a bi-weekly co-working session where we can experiment with Confluence and share ideas on documentation. We’d like to dedicate the first session – on Friday, Aug 9th at 10am –  to going over the Confluence site, reviewing key features, and sharing a spreadsheet of Cataloging at Yale pages slated for migration. We hope to make progress on what pages can be migrated, archived, or merged, and identifying who is especially invested in the various documents.

We don’t need to migrate all of the pages at once. Instead, we want to prioritize those related to the LSP migration and adoption of the Official RDA.
