[Yulpub] Ebscohost connection glitching

We have been observing odd and intermittent difficulties getting through to 
the various Ebscohost databases with error messages directing people to 
close all browser windows and try again.

I spoke to Ebsco tech support who told me it's a known problem, and they 
are trying to get a better fix, but in the meantime, the situation can be 
corrected manually on each workstation demonstrating the problem by 
connecting to the below link.

This removes the cookie that is the root cause of the problem.  As the 
cookie resides on individual machines, it becomes a matter of removing the 
cookie via the above link when someone encounters or reports the 
problem.  At some point, hopefully Ebsco will find a solution that won't 
require the manual intervention...
