Hi Everyone,

Just a little reminder.......today is a reference sample day.  Please count 
all reference transactions in your unit for the YUL statistics.  Please 
keep accurate statistics, since these numbers and those collected on other 
sampling days, will provide you with the sample from which we will project 
reference statistics for the whole year.  You will be asked to report the 
total number of Reference stats for today on Thursday, December 16.

Statistics collected so far this fiscal year can be found 
at  http://www.library.yale.edu/assessment/refstats05.html

The next reference sampling date is tomorrow, December 16.
