[Yulpub] Reference Sample Figure - December 21

Reference Sample Coordinators,

Tomorrow, Wednesday, December 21 is a Reference Sample Day.  Please count 
all reference transactions in your unit for the YUL statistics.  Please 
keep accurate statistics, since these numbers and those collected on the 
other sampling days, will provide you with the sample from which we will 
project reference statistics for the whole year.

Because of the holidays, the deadline for the December 21 figure is 
Tuesday, January 3.  I realize how busy everyone is and I know my email is 
not the only one you receive, but it has been increasingly difficult to 
obtain these figures in a timely manner.  If you could send me your figure 
before January 3 or on January 3, I would really appreciate it.

The next reference sampling date is January 17, 2006.
