[Yulpub] Upcoming Classes*v2 Workshops

Want to do Classes*v2?

The Instruction Group will be offering workshops in August for 
librarians who would like to learn more about Classes*v2 and how they 
can participate in an instructor's course web site.

Session 1:  Tuesday, August 7, 2:00-3:30 pm, in SML 609 (Electronic Classroom)
Session 2:  Thursday, August 16, 3:30-5:00 pm, in SCML (Mudd Library)
Each workshop will include:
    *  An Introduction to Classes*v2 and the role of "Librarian"
    *  How to identify courses of interest in your area of expertise
    *  How to approach faculty to be added to courses
    *  Exploration of the Classes*v2 interface
    *  Hands-on practice creating folders, uploading files, and 
posting links to library and other Internet resources
    *  Access to a practice Classes*v2 site

Seating is limited, so please reserve a place as soon as 
possible.  If you have an interest in Classes*v2, but these times are 
not convenient, please contact us.  We will schedule other sessions.
