[Yulpub] Reference Management Software

Dear Public Services Staff,

Earlier this year, the Reference and Research Education Committee (RaRE) was charged by the AUL for Public Services, to investigate software to help manage our virtual reference services (email, AskLive, text, and FAQs).  As a part of that investigation, we have trials to three products: QuestionPoint<http://www.questionpoint.org/>, LibAnswers<http://www.springshare.com/libanswers/>, and Altarama Reftracker<http://www.altarama.com.au/reftrack.htm>.

We invite you to attend an information session on these three software packages to get your feedback. We will meet:

Wednesday, April 6
3:30 - 4:30pm
Bass Library L06

We will introduce the basic functionality of all three software packages and leave time for discussion. All public services staff are encouraged to attend.
