Dear Colleagues -

For those of you getting more deeply enmeshed in electronic journals
and their electronic submission formats (like .tex, .tar, .gz, etc.),
there is this handy utilities page <http://arXiv.org/help/utilities>
at the Lawrence Livermore preprint archives <http://arXiv.org/>, the
oldest and largest free electronic publications operation in the
world. I've referred to it, and its redoubtable founder Paul Ginsparg,
in these mailings often before.
