I was in Japan last year (Yamagata as a matter of fact) when they showed
Schindler's List on  television (not NHK, I believe) and it was entirely
uncut, un-mosaicized, something that was more than a little surprising to
me given the general censorship of films in Japan added to the fact that it
was on regular tv and being broadcast to a very wide audience.
