_High and Low_ is listed for sale at Reel.com, an internet video store 
(http://www.reel.com).  The other films, however, are not.

Unfortunately, Facets (http://www.facets.org/) did not have any of the 
rest either.  They are some of his lesser seen films and thus hard to 
obtain.

I would warn you before ordering from such places that they sell videos 
in the NTSC format.  If I remember correctly, Pakistan uses PAL.  (If you 
have a multi-standard VCR, that should be no problem.)
