Grovelling for Help, and Introduction

A clarification on my previous post:

1) Kaigai Kigyo Service Center says they do, indeed, have the tape, with
subtitles.
2) The price is, as Aaron indicated, Y16,000.
3) They can ship to the States by EMS (express mail) in two weeks; by
regular air mail, in three weeks. 
4) They will accept payment by credit card (AMEX, VISA, MASTER, JCB).

Having not dealt with them before, I can't vouch for their reliability. Any
opinions out there?
