You might also try <www.cdjapan.com>, which is an online cd/video retailer
located in Japan.  They accept online orders, and have been really great
about finding titles not listed in their online catalog (that is, they
take special orders). You'd have to pay the Japanese price, of course, but
I've ordered from them a few times and always found them reliable.
They've also been pretty prompt; shipments have generally arrived w/in a
week of being sent.  They have a secure server for online ordering.
