IF is still in the same old building, or they were a couple months back,
anyway.  The phone # I have for them is (03) 3357-8046; the e-mail I
have is info at imageforum.co.jp.  That may be a general switchboard kind
of account, I'm not sure.

Their home page is http://www.imageforum.co.jp/, but the e-mail address
it taps into is the same.

Coincidentally, the first issue of the "restart" of their journal "Image
Forum" seems to be hitting the streets today.
