Image Forum Tokyo

Does anyone have recent coordinates for Image Forum in Tokyo?  I've tried
to e-mail them at this address:  imageforum at asahi-net.or.jp and was told
that it was not functioning.  I also tried faxing them, and was told by kdd
that the number had been disconnected.  It's been a while since i've been
in contact with them (6 months?)  Have they moved?
