I will be 'touring' two programmes of Japanese experimental short films
around festivals and theatres from April to end of July and could probably
arrange for them to go to your festival in November if you are interested.
All the work is from the last decade and suitable for a foreign audience
(i.e. no Japanese language).  Many of the films have won prizes.

Please get in touch with me if you are interested.  I have programme notes,
stills and a preview tape I can send you.  Rental fees are low and
negotiable with all fees to the filmmakers.
