Good News for Ozu fans (with NTSC VCRs)

Dear Michael,
As a fan of Ozu, I would like to have a tip about a journal which would be
interested in research papers on Ozu. I applied for open call for papers at
SCS with Ozu topic once in vain. My paper is in English. I would appreciate
informations from you I can scarcely obtain here in Japan.
