Hi Kirsten,
Welcome to the list.
Eureke is currently playing theatrically in Amsterdam, with Brother out over 
here within the next month. No doubt video/dvd releases will follow within 
the next 6 months.
If you are interested in English language reviews/information on these and 
plenty of other Japanese films, can I suggest Midnight Eye - one of the few 
internet resources for modern Japanese cinema.
