Dear Tim,
Three very basic answers to your questions:
1) English teaching in Japan: The Internet has a lot of home pages by and
for current and former teachers. You might want to check out
tp://www.teachinginjapan.com/, for example.
2) Monbusho scholarship: You can find out information about the Monbusho
scholarship through your local Japanese embassy or consulate.
3) Graduate schools in Japanese cinema: Many KineJapan members teach or
study Japanese cinema at universities around the world. The easiest thing to
do might just be to think about who is writing on the list, and where they
are based, then to look at the homepages for their home universities on the
Internet.
