Subtitling Foreign Films in Japanese

Najib,

I've never heard of anyone subtitling Japanese outside of Japan, at 
least for celluloid. You're not talkin' video, right?

To investigate prices, I'd contact people who are always subbing as 
inexpensively as possible. Try Yamagata, or Ishizaka Kenji at the Japan 
Foundation.
