This is more on the east side but is on the Kayabacho subway stop, and
within walking distance to Tokyo station and the National Film Center. From
their website it looks like they presently advertise a "couple plan
reasonable rate" for 2 people 8,800 per night. Single rooms range
6,000-7,950. Non-smoking rooms available, but this is a business hotel and
the lobby is Smokers Central. But the staff are very nice.
