Sad news: Kuroki Kazuo dead

This is sad news indeed.

The primary book in Japan on Kuroki has been the following, but this 
was produced nearly 10 years ago.

Eiga sakka Kuroki Kazuo no zenbo (ISBN: 4845997738)

Interestingly, Kuroki wrote a book directed at younger readers on his 
experiences during the war and making films:

Watashi no senso (ISBN: 4005004792)
