Peter's message reminded me of this medium-sized shop I went to on the
main street of Den Den Town. I can't remember the name but it had tons
(i.e. several floors) of videos, both VHS and DVD, an amazing
collection of independent, world, and Japanese titles, half of which
go for several hundred yen or less. A Tokyo filmmaker friend brought
me there, it's well known for having very cheap good quality VHS
titles.
