Kihachi Okamoto

Does anyone by chance know of any books (or papers, translated interviews,
etc) in English that cover his life or his work? It doesn't have to be as in
depth as The Warrior's Camera or anything, but I'm interested in knowing
more about his motives and I haven't been able to find much beyond the
essays that came with Kill! and The Sword of Doom Criterion DVDs.
