Marco Mueller to receive Japan Foundation prize!

A fellow listmember mentioned to me that Marco Mueller, director of  
the Venice Film Festival, is to receive a Japan foundation prize!   
Sure enough, he'll offer a lecture on Japanese cinema on Thursday 2  
October, entitled "Watashi to Nihon Eiga."   If you're interested,
