Yakuza Deka (1970) Original subtitles

Dear all,

As part of my ongoing research I have obtained a DVD of Yakuza Deka
'digitally remastered'. I am analysing the subtitling of this film, but I
also suspect that the subtitles themselves are probably 'remastered' and
changed from the original - would anyone know about how I could go about
finding the original titles, or whether the subtitles on the DVD would be
largely similar? One idea I had was to go to the BFI in London as a starting
point for searching.
