[KineJapan] Seeking Taku Shinjo's "Aokigahara"

Does anyone know where I might find a copy of "Aokigahara," a film by Taku
Shinjo based on a novella by Shintaro Ishihara that screened at the Tokyo
International Film Festival in 2012? It doesn't seem to be available in any
of the usual places (video rental stores, Amazon, libraries), and a direct
email I sent to the director was returned undeliverable. Should I try
emailing the distributor (Ark Entertainment)?
