[KineJapan] Kinema Junpo Best Ten 2017

Dear Kine Japanners.

I raised this issue last year at the time of the Kinema Club kerfuffle. It
has a major impact on the sociality of the medium, something to which media
scholars ought to be sensitive. There was no response from the list
"owners" at that time. I'm hoping users might finally see some action.
