[KineJapan] Japan Film Resources Online (JFRO)

This is an awesome idea, but they have rolled it out before it's ready. I
did a bunch of searching right now, and Kawakita's got their s**t together
(no surprise there). But lots of items I know are in other institutions
don't show up in a search. It's perplexing, actually. Unfortunately, we'll
still need to search each catalog separately for the foreseeable future.
