Need Monarchs in Mexico

I had a call from a gentleman in Mexico City who is in urgent 
need of 2 freshly deceased Monarch specimens (in excellent 
shape). He is doing some sort of 3D imaging project and needs 
them immediately. Rather than go through the hassle of shipping 
them from the states, can anyone give me a contact in Mexico who 
may be able to get this gentleman what he needs? The sooner the 
better as he is up against a deadline.
