Rare Butterfly from China mainland

Hi Sharyn,

I would say we are hard on the "Rare Chinese Butterfly" guy because he
is doing a truly despicable thing.....collecting truly endangered
butterflies SOLEY for the purpose of selling them.  As for USDA permits
on everything sold, I think most people (but not all, Anne) on this list
see it as an overzealous attempt to regulate something that they really
have no business doing.  In addition, it is an international list and
MOST of the countries out there don't have the permit rules the USA
has.  So, there isn't really much of a parallel.
