Maculinea alcon web site

Hi everyone,

There has been a bit of discussion lately on the Lepidoptera List
about Lycaenids parasitising ant colonies, so this might be a good
time to mention that I've recently completed a web site about the
research that we're doing at the University of Aarhus in Denmark on
Maculinea alcon. I've put lots of pictures and details of the life
cycle into the site, so I hope it will have a wide appeal. The site
also has a section on our research on fungus-growing ants. Anyone
who's interested can check out:

Any comments or questions would be appreciated. I am also working on
a section of my home page dealing with my previous research on the
Australian lycaenid butterfly Jalmenus evagoras (The best studied
butterfly that has a mutualistic interaction with ants) and
lycaenid-ant interactions generally, but it will probably be a while
before that's posted.

	Cheers
		David Nash
