Patricia,

The Orthoptera Species File is an online database of all species in the order,
and includes some key links to Orthoptera web sites. Possibly from there she
could find a key or a key person to help her find what she needs:
<http://viceroy.eeb.unconn.edu/Orthoptera>

I found it using the <http://google.com> search engine. There was a key to
Orthoptera on the Internet, which it tried to go to at first, but it seems to
have been withdrawn. However, there may be others; a google search might turn
up something suitable.
