Another name question

[Kondla, Norbert FOR:EX]

I have seen both Phyciodes pulchella and Phyciodes pulchellus in the
literature.  Which is correct according to the rules ? I think this is one
of those issues of gender congruence between the genus and species epithet.
-- of course we will set aside the debate around pulchella vs. pratensis for
the time being :-)
