Population control (not Religious content - but also read at your own risk)

I see the phantom of the natality control by there....
 
An important point is if we try to control the natality in "poor" =
country it
never works... If the quality of life increase, then the matelity =
decrease
automatically. It's absolutely not a casuality that the rich countries =
have
low natality rates or negative repopulation rates, it's human, the =
interests
of the people are differents, priorities are differents, studies, good =
job,
good social position, house, tv, car, etc... childrens are not going in =
that
sense. If I remember well, in France, the average of the first baby is =
24
years. In many "poor" countries many womens of 24 have 5, 6 or 7 =
childrens.
The opportunity of a single women, 24 years, with no childrens and a
doctorate is really higher than a single (abandonned) women, 24 years, 6
childrens and a primary grade...
